0 Idea

Well I have no clue why these two are wearing these awesome outfits but they are. That's not true, but all my ideas suck.

 One idea is if Demetrius ever convinces Lace to live on his little island this would be what the wore. 
 Another is for some reason Lace wears Demetrius island nation colors to the melodic festival or maybe gold and black are official godfae colors?
 One of my more practical ones is Lace goes on a diplomatic mission and meets with King Cold. She wears this outfit. However that still doesn't explain Demetrius because she would hardly bring him along and they wouldn't wear matching outfits.
 Yet another is in the future they start a school for exceptionally talented magical individuals and godfae. And this is what they wear.
  Another still is that this is them as pure villains, but that doesn't really work because Demetrius isn't necessarily a good guy.
 The most probably is this is what they would look like if they were rulers of there own kingdom. Perhaps a small island?

Then there is the real reason
 I was experimenting and well they ended up looking like this. So tell me what you think and if any of my ideas don't suck.
